First, install the .pkg file, then open a terminal and enter the command sudo xattr -rc "/Applications/Topaz Video.app" (it’s important to check your location – Topaz Video.app OR Topaz Video AI.app), then enter your password and press Enter. Then type sudo, followed by a space, and drag the patch file into the terminal, then press Enter.
